Child discount:
Children up to 2 years are free in their parents’ room.
Children up to 15 years pay 70% of the price in the parents’ room.

Deposit:
We ask for a deposit by bank transfer. Our IBAN is AT17 4585 0005 2000 1265, BIC: VBOEATWWLAN. We will let you know the amount when making the reservation.

Payment:
You can pay your bill in cash, with an EC card (A, D, NL, CH, B) and credit card (Visa, Mastercard).

Check-in/Check-out:
On the day of arrival, the rooms are available from 2 p.m. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the room by 10 a.m.

Cancellation Conditions Summer 2026:
One week before arrival cancellation is free of charge.

Cancellation Conditions Winter 26/27:
In WINTER 24/25 the general cancellation conditions apply.
